Job summary

Yoshinoya Jollibee Foods Inc. in Pasay City seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing store programs.

You will help promote Packaged Programs and provide leadership to the team to ensure guest satisfaction and target achievement. The role requires 1–2 years in a leadership role within hospitality or retail, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a willingness to work at Double Dragon Plaza, Pasay City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business related course.
• 1–2 years of leadership function in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service.
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation with the ability to make decisions and take action to meet customer needs.
• People management capability in coaching, developing and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of basic store operations, with the capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales and profitability.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Double Dragon Plaza, Pasay City.
