FLORABEL GROUP OF RESTAURANTS in Pasay is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service standards, and maintain high guest satisfaction.

You will manage and train staff, monitor inventory, control costs, and collaborate with budgeting and reporting to support the restaurant's reputation and profitability.

Proactive leadership and strong communication in a fast-paced setting are essential; 3–5 years in restaurant management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
• Strong operations, inventory and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Fast-paced restaurant environment with varying shifts.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
