Job summary

Top Line Business Development Corporation is hiring a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities in Cebu City. You will manage service, kitchen, staffing, inventory, and guest experience to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in restaurant operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of budgeting and P&L management. Expect shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, or food service operations, with supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in managing overall restaurant operations including service, kitchen, staffing, inventory and customer experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales management, budgeting, cost control and P&L management.
• Leadership skills to coach and develop supervisors and team members.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, financial and marketing planning abilities.
• Familiar with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, security procedures and company policies.
• Results-oriented and able to make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations including service, kitchen, and front-of-house activities.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and inventory control.
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues to maintain service quality.
