Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in restaurant systems or POS management.
• Experience managing multi-store rollouts ideally with 10+ branches.
• Strong understanding of restaurant workflows and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end rollout of POS and restaurant systems.
• Design system controls to minimize food cost leakage.
• Maintain centralized control over menu pricing and user permissions.
• Manage relationships with POS providers and oversee SLAs.
• Develop training materials for store teams and area managers.
