Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain shift reports.
• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during the shift.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide support as needed.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Ensure guests receive high-quality service and resolve complaints quickly.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment.
