The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of the store's business objectives, such as sales and profitability targets, customer satisfaction, food safety, and cleanliness standards. They are also responsible for people management and development, as well as ensuring the store's adherence to operating systems, standards, and compliance with all government requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or any Business-related course
• Three to four (3-4) years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take actions to meet customer needs
• People management skills in coaching, developing, and supervising a team
• Knowledge of basic store operations, with the ability to assess operational improvements, compliance with standards, sales, and profitability
