Job summary

Chili's Bar & Grill in the Philippines seeks an experienced assistant/restaurant manager to oversee the smooth flow of store operations during a scheduled shift and to support the General Manager in achieving company objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in relevant hospitality or business field, at least 3 years in the F&B sector, strong oral and interpersonal skills, and willingness to train in Manila and rotate among concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in F&B Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Local Store Marketing techniques, sales building, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall smooth flow of store operations for a duration of a scheduled shift.
• Assists the General Manager in implementing and accomplishing assigned tasks to meet Company objectives.
• Willing to be assigned to any of our restaurant concepts/affiliates.
• Willing to undergo training in Manila.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.

• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Excellent in oral communication skills and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a working knowledge of Local Store Marketing techniques, sales building, and a proven track record of controlling costs.

• Oversees the overall smooth flow of store operations for a duration of a scheduled shift. Assists the General Manager in implementing and accomplishing assigned tasks to meet Company objectives.

• With an Assistant Manager / Manager experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

• Willing to be assigned to any of our restaurant concepts/affiliates

• Willing to undergo training in Manila
