Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a hands-on restaurant operations assistant to support daily activities across the restaurant. The role emphasizes basic Excel skills and a proactive approach to managing labor costs and daily sales reporting.

You will assist in upholding food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards while engaging with guests to understand their needs and ensure excellent service. Training and supervision of staff may be involved to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas is required.
• Experience assisting in daily restaurant operations.
• Ability to solicit guest feedback to understand customer needs.
• Wollows to train and coach staff on guest services principles and standards.

• Create P&L financial report focusing on labor cost and daily sales.
• Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations.

Job description

• Create profit and loss (PNL) financial report specifically labor cost and daily sales report

• Has a knowledge in basic Microsoft Excel formulas

• Responsible for assisting the managing of all the restaurant's daily operations

• Assist with operations with passion and product knowledge

• Assist in the management of the restaurant to exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness

• Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers

• Train and coach rank and file staff on guest services principles, standards and practices
