• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and maintain accurate shift reports.

• Lead and motivate front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff during the shift.

• Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide support as needed.

• Assist with staff training and development.

• Ensure guests receive high‑quality service and resolve any complaints quickly and professionally.

• Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment.

• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.

• Complete shift reports and communicate key issues or updates to management.

• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant / Shift Manager (Fine Dining, Causal Dining, and Fast Food Dining)

• Completed at least 2 years in college

• Has strong leadership and management skills.

• Knowledge in P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality in general

• Sales and customer-oriented
