The Restaurant Manager (RM) leads the store in achieving its business goals by ensuring operational excellence, sales growth, and a consistently satisfying guest experience. The role oversees the daily operations of the restaurant, from service quality and food safety to team management and financial performance. As the heart of store leadership, the RM inspires and develops the team to perform at their best while creating a warm and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. The RM ensures that every guest leaves with a positive impression of Good Eats, anchored on great food, genuine care, and excellent service. Beyond managing results, the RM upholds Good Eats’ core values of Customer Focus, Excellence, Integrity, Sense of Community, and Solicitude in all aspects of work, demonstrating care in decision-making, accountability in execution, and leadership that cultivates both performance and purpose.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality and highest standard of cleanliness throughout the store

• Manage inventory for monthly reporting, forecast supplies, and track sales data

• Coordinate with the General Services Department regarding equipment, furniture, and fixtures

• Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores

• Monitor staff attendance, man-hours, and overall performance

• Analyze performance metrics to support store goals

• Support operational targets and profitability alongside the team and Area Manager

Qualifications:

• College Graduate/Level preferably business/management course or any related to Food Preparation.

• Proven working experience as restaurant manager or related Managerial / Supervisory experience for at least 5 years (3 years as Restaurant Manager)

• Language skills - fluency in English (oral/written)

• Good command of MS Office applications
