About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Iloilo, Western Visayas. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of our restaurant operations. As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational excellence, and driving profitability whilst creating a positive workplace culture. This role is strategically important to our organisation as it directly impacts guest satisfaction, staff performance, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

• With at least 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, dining etiquette, and guest relations.
• Experienced in managing restaurant operations and supervising service staff.
• Skilled in handling customer complaints and ensuring excellent dining experiences.
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards.
• Experienced in inventory management, cost control, and sales monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Graduate of Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related course is an advantage.
