As a Restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our premier dining establishments, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

This recruitment encompasses restaurant manager, assistant restaurant manager, and team leader positions within our management structure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and improve operational efficiency
• Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and culinary staff, providing coaching and training to ensure consistent high‑quality service
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and labor costs, to make data‑driven decisions
• Liaise with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture

What we’re looking for:

• For RM: Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale casual setting
• Restaurant management experience from any restaurant type will be considered for this position.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control
• Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
• Willing to start ASAP
