Job summary

Confidential Career Solutions is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver training across our restaurant network. The role partners with Operations and HR to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives and deliver a consistent guest experience.

Responsibilities include creating onboarding, leadership, and compliance programs; analyzing needs and driving performance improvements; and supporting new store openings with effective training delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, Education, or a related field
• At least 5 years of Learning & Development experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food service industry is preferable
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, coaching, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design and facilitate onboarding, operational, leadership, and compliance training programs.
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Partner with Operations to improve employee performance, productivity, and service quality.
• Develop leadership and succession programs for restaurant management.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, metrics, and feedback.
• Ensure training materials are updated and compliant with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support new store openings and major operational initiatives through training.
