Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder of Respiratory Therapist; Licensed Respiratory Therapist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple RT staff and shift operations.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy principles, equipment, and patient safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Hook ventilators to patients and ensure proper operation.
• Enforce safety rules and adherence to physicians' orders.
• Prepare endorsement sheets for the next shift.
• Report defective equipment through service reports.
• Prepare monthly census and calibrate machines.
• Know and adhere to company policies; supervise RT staff.
• Assess personal performance for mid-year and year-end; develop and execute development plans.
• Manage, motivate, and lead a team of respiratory therapists.
