Responsibilities

• Monitors availability of manpower by planning or monitoring indirect activities and holiday planning
• Oversees automated planning for the field to meet service levels
• Collaborates with field staff to allocate resources for operations
• Handles call dispatch,Books off when needed and corrects visit reporting
• Verifies system allocations for practicality and efficiency with field engineers and managers
• Monitors work with outside suppliers and Third Party Maintenance
• Escalates problems, missed SLAs or reporting issues per procedures
• Identifies trends and informs customers on status when requested
• Performs system housekeeping and ensures proper allocation of jobs and engineers
