Job summary

Canon Australia is seeking a Relocations Coordinator in the Philippines to manage end-to-end relocation, installation, and verification of Canon machines across sites, ensuring minimal downtime. You will coordinate carriers, arrange scheduling with logistics partners, book technicians for installations, and update customer records in CDSS/AX while processing relocation billing.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, project coordination skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College Degree of any course.
2+ years related experience in a Technical Support/Coordinator role preferred.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail and customer focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the carrier to ensure cost-effective transport and request quotes.
Coordinate booking of relocation schedule with carriers and logistics partners.
Arrange technicians for relocations requiring installation and other services.
Ensure proper installation and network setup at the new location where applicable.
Update customer and machine address in the Canon systems (CDSS/AX).
Process relocation billing/invoicing via Canon systems.
Manage Relocations mailbox and phone queues with urgency to customer queries.
