Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a proactive Duty Manager for our Cebu City resort. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards across departments.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field, 3–5 years in supervisory roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service, safety, and security.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a visible presence to engage with guests and staff.
• Supervise and support staff across departments during shifts.
• Conduct briefings/debriefings to communicate daily operations and expectations.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Prepare and submit reports on performance and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives.
• Act as primary contact during emergencies and incidents.
• Implement and oversee emergency procedures and staff training.
