Job summary

Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc. is seeking a capable Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of a luxury hotel outlet in Cebu City. You will lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring top-tier guest service and brand standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in a supervisory luxury hospitality setting, with a strong background in fine dining, cocktail and wine programs, and guest relations. This position supports guest engagement and revenue growth through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in hospitality, wine studies (e.g., WSET), or F&B management are a plus.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven experience in managing an outlet in a 5-star hotel.
• Background in fine dining service standards, cocktail and wine programs, and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, supervision and overall performance of the outlet.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage setup, cleanliness, ambience, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and guest service excellence.
• Greet and interact with guests in a professional and welcoming manner; resolve complaints.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team; create and manage staff schedules; conduct meetings and reviews.
• Monitor and manage outlet budget, labor costs, and operating expenses; drive upselling and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events, seasonal offers, and new menu items; curate ambience.
