Job summary

CD NatureView in Silang, Cavite is seeking a Marketing Supervisor for resort operations and guest experience. Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in marketing, hospitality, resort, or hotel operations, preferably supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and social media management.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate resort operations and promotional activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, including weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, sales reporting, and inventory management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase resort occupancy and revenue.
• Manage social media accounts, online promotions, and advertising campaigns.
