Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, reservations, marketing, guest relations, or hospitality.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing.
• Experience with OTA platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Creativity in developing promotions and marketing strategies.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage resort reservations and booking inquiries across social media, phone, email, website, and OTA platforms.
• Drive bookings and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
• Manage the resort's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, event organizers, tour operators, and other potential partners.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, special requests, and feedback.
• Build relationships with past guests and develop strategies to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Promote room upgrades, packages, activities, events, and other resort services.
• Monitor competitor rates, promotions, and market trends.
• Prepare booking, sales, occupancy, and marketing reports.
• Work closely with resort operations to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
