Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in hospitality operations, a relevant degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Willing to relocate to Hinigaran or Himamaylan, Negros Occidental.
We are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and organized Resort Manager to oversee the overall daily operations of the resort. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, excellent guest experiences, effective staff management, and proper maintenance of resort facilities while supporting business growth and profitability.
1. Resort Operations Management
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the entire resort.
Monitor daily activities, operational concerns, and service quality.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure the resort is clean, organized, safe, and properly maintained.
2. Staff Supervision and Management
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the performance of resort employees.
Assign duties, establish work schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
Train and guide employees to maintain professional service standards.
Address employee concerns and promote teamwork and accountability.
Coordinate with HR or management regarding recruitment, attendance, and personnel matters.
3. Guest Relations and Customer Service
Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and satisfactory service.
Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and business partners.
4. Financial and Administrative Management
Monitor daily sales, collections, expenses, and operational costs.
Prepare monthly operational reports to management.
Monitor reservations, occupancy, bookings, and revenue performance.
Ensure proper handling of cash, payments, receipts, and financial records.
Recommend cost-control measures and operational improvements.
5. Facilities and Maintenance
Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of rooms, swimming pools, restaurants, recreational areas, and other facilities.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure equipment, supplies, and facilities are properly maintained and available.
Monitor compliance with health, sanitation, and safety requirements.
6. Inventory and Supplier Coordination
Monitor inventory of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, equipment, and other operational materials.
Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of supplies.
Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Ensure proper recording and accountability of resort assets and inventory.
7. Business Development and Improvement
Identify opportunities to increase bookings, occupancy, and resort revenue.
Recommend promotions, packages, events, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor customer feedback and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
Implement management-approved strategies to improve resort services and profitability.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, housekeeping, reservations, and facilities management.
Familiarity with basic budgeting, sales monitoring, inventory control, and operational reporting.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and make sound operational decisions.
Proactive, trustworthy, accountable, and capable of working independently.
Willing to be assigned in Hinigaran or Himamaylan, Negros Occidental.
