Job summary

Santos Knight Frank is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring maintenance, security, and compliance with building rules. You will maintain strong tenant relations, allocate tasks to staff, and report to the Operations Manager and Director with detailed written updates.

Strong leadership, English/Filipino proficiency, and a professional engineering license are preferred.

Qualifications

Licensed professional engineer in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is ideally held.
English and Filipino are required languages.

Responsibilities

Maintain proper maintenance and security of the property under charge.
Enforce Building Rules, Regulations, fitting-out guidelines and policies.
Provide prompt and efficient service to tenants and maintain good relationships with tenants.
Allocate work to subordinates per Operations Manager’s instructions and maintain discipline.
Escalate issues to Operations Manager/Director and provide written reports as needed.
Liaise with Property Engineer to ensure adequate service staff and daily site inspections.
Develop and maintain tenant/owner communications, and address complaints.
Provide weekly/monthly reports covering management areas.
Act as Chief Marshall during onsite emergencies and promote Santos Knight Frank services.
