Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Property Legal Support Assistant to support a UK-based conveyancing firm with resolving outstanding client account balances and closing files after registration.

You will review ledgers, investigate discrepancies, coordinate resolution with the UK team, prepare refund or balance adjustments, and ensure compliant, auditable closure using the firm’s case management system.

Qualifications

• UK residential conveyancing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Residual Balance Review and Investigation of outstanding client balances.
• Residual Balance Resolution with refunds, transfers or adjustments.
• Case Management and Reporting on progress, backlog and closure.
• Compliance and Confidentiality following UK/SRA-like standards.
