8990 Housing Development Corporation in Pangasinan seeks a highly motivated Project Engineer to oversee development works for residential projects, monitor progress, coordinate contractors, and ensure quality and timely completion in line with company standards. The role requires a Licensed Civil Engineer with 1-2 years experience in housing projects; familiarity with ZWCad and SAP, MS Office; willingness to work Saturdays and reside in Urdaneta City or relocate.

Qualificações

Licensed Civil Engineer with civil engineering background.
1-2 years experience in housing or residential projects (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.

Responsabilidades

Supervise housing development works.
Ensure completeness of project requirements, including plans, BOM, NTP, and contracts
Monitor project progress, contractor performance, and work quality.
Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities.
Monitor manpower, materials, deliveries, and inventory.
Review contractor billings and accomplishment reports.
Coordinate inspections, testing, project turnover, and utility connections.
Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
