Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure housing units are completed within the approved project timeline.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain target completion dates.
- Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Ensure construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, and company standards.
- Address punch list items and ensure corrective works are completed promptly.
- Ensure housing units meet required standards during HDMF inspection.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, UTO, etc.) for smooth project operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
- At least 2‑3 years of experience in housing or vertical construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management, quality control, and cost monitoring.
- Familiar with HDMF inspection standards and housing project requirements.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project monitoring tools.
- Must be willing to be deployed to Brgy. Tulo, Batangas City.
