Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure housing units are completed within the approved project timeline.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintain target completion dates.
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Address punch list items and ensure corrective works are completed promptly.
• Ensure housing units meet required standards during HDMF inspection.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Procurement, UTO, etc.) for smooth project operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
• At least 2‑3 years of experience in housing or vertical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, quality control, and cost monitoring.
• Familiar with HDMF inspection standards and housing project requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project monitoring tools.
• Must be willing to be deployed to Brgy. Tulo, Batangas City.
