Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in real construction and land development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise land development and house structural works
• Ensure completeness of project requirements (plans, BOM, NTP, contractors)
• Monitor project progress, contractor performance and work quality
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities
• Monitor manpower, materials, deliveries and inventory
• Review contractor billings and reporting
• Coordinate inspections, testing, project turnover and utility connections
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation
• Assist in Pag-IBIG inspections and pre-move-in activities
• Perform other duties assigned by Management
