Job summary

Shelterworks Construction Development Corporation is seeking a Civil Engineer to coordinate daily on-site activities, supervise construction, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulations across Cavite project sites in Silang and Carmona.

Requirements include a BS Civil Engineer degree, PRC license (or not), at least 1 year of experience in residential projects, strong leadership and communication skills, willingness to be assigned to Cavite sites, ownership of a motorcycle

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree is required.
• PRC license either present or not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in residential projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Willing to be assigned to Silang Cavite and Carmona Cavite areas.
• Owns a motorcycle or vehicle with an active restriction code for site mobility.
• Willing to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations on-sites.
• Schedule and supervise construction activities.
• Monitor progress and report on project status.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and safety standards.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and changes.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
