Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with civil engineering background.
• 1-2 years experience in housing or residential projects (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housing development works.
• Ensure completeness of project requirements, including plans, BOM, NTP, and contracts
• Monitor project progress, contractor performance, and work quality.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities.
• Monitor manpower, materials, deliveries, and inventory.
• Review contractor billings and accomplishment reports.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, project turnover, and utility connections.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for project monitoring, contractor coordination, quality assurance, progress reporting, and ensuring the timely completion of construction activities in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housing development works.
• Ensure completeness of project requirements, including plans, BOM, NTP, and contracts
• Monitor project progress, contractor performance, and work quality.

Qualifications:

• A Licensed Civil Engineer
• Preferrably at least 1-2 years experience in housing or residential projects.
• Experience in land development, structural, and surveying works is an advantage.
• Computer Literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ZWCad & SAP Software.
• Willing to work on Saturday duty.
• Preferably residing in Urdaneta City or willing to relocate.
