Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced residential leasing professional in Metro Manila to actively market properties and secure tenants. The role covers viewings, lease negotiations, end-to-end leasing processes, turnover coordination, and coordination with the accounts team for payments.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in residential leasing or real estate, with proven skills in communication and contract management to maintain high occupancy and promptly resolve issues.
