Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a leasing professional to manage residential leasing activities, maintain occupancy targets, and oversee move-in/move-out processes. The role includes ensuring compliant lease documentation and coordinated internal communication.

The position requires tenant sourcing, unit viewings, lease negotiations, contract management, renewals and close coordination with maintenance to ensure unit readiness and timely tenant support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong experience in lease negotiation, contract management, and tenant relations.
• Proven ability to manage occupancy rates, vacancies, and lease renewals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and property maintenance coordination skills.
