Job summary

Private Advertiser in Taguig, Metro Manila, is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive occupancy and oversee the end-to-end residential leasing cycle.

You will conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, manage agreements and turnover, and coordinate with the accounting team for payments and invoices to ensure seamless tenant transitions.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships with tenants and owners.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in residential leasing or real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing lease agreements, contracts, and turnover.
• Familiar with coordinating with accounting for payments and invoices.
• Proven ability to maintain high occupancy and promptly resolve tenant concerns.
