United Bearing Industrial Corporation is seeking a Leasing and Property Supervisor to oversee leasing, occupancy, and rent collection across company properties. The role requires regular site visits and travel nationwide, ensuring maintenance and compliance with policies.

The successful candidate will manage tenant relations, supervise staff, and coordinate with Finance and management to optimize occupancy and revenue streams while upholding company standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations.

Primary Objective of Position:

The Leasing and Property Supervisor is responsible for the effective management, leasing, and operational oversight of the company's properties. The role ensures optimal occupancy rates, timely rent collection, proper maintenance of facilities, positive tenant relations, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The position requires regular site visits and travel to Company properties nationwide as necessary. The position may be assigned responsibilities involving properties and real estate operations of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities as may be required by Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strong leasing and sales/customer service skills
• Good property operations and maintenance knowledge
• Ability to manage rent collections and tenant accounts
• Strong organization and documentation skills
• Comfortable conducting site inspections, potentially across multiple locations
• Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, branches, contractors, tenants, and management
• Some supervisory/people-management capability

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, real estate operations, or a related role.
3. Strong knowledge of leasing processes, tenant relations, rent collection, and property maintenance.
