Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, property management, or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, or business development is beneficial.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM or rental management systems; familiarity with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leasing leads through various channels.
• Develop a pipeline to support occupancy and revenue targets.
• Meet or exceed leasing targets and maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and conduct property tours.
• Explain lease terms and assist applicants through the leasing process.
• Build relationships with tenants and support renewal initiatives.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Finance, and Maintenance teams for move-ins.
