Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Leasing Associate in Manila on-site to drive residential occupancy and revenue growth. You will generate leads, conduct property tours, explain leasing options, and coordinate the end-to-end leasing process for prospective tenants.

You will build corporate relationships, manage tenant communications, and support renewal initiatives while ensuring accurate documentation and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, property management, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leasing leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-in clients, and other marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leasing prospects to support occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective tenants to maximize leasing conversions.
• Meet or exceed leasing targets and occupancy goals established by management.
• Maintain records of leads, prospects, corporate accounts, and leasing activities using the tracking system.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone, email, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct property tours and present available units, rates, and leasing options.
• Explain lease terms, rental rates, policies, and move-in requirements clearly.
