Job summary

Our Clients in Manila is seeking a Leasing Associate to support the end-to-end leasing process from lead generation to move-in. You will engage prospects, arrange property tours and help with leasing documentation to ensure a smooth tenant experience.

The role requires strong communication, customer focus and the ability to manage multiple leads. Onsite work with flexible scheduling may be required to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Around 6 months to 1 year of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, customer service or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with an interest in sales and client engagement.
• Comfortable presenting properties and interacting with prospective tenants.
• Basic negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple prospects and tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Exposure to CRM or leasing/property management systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify potential tenants through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, social media and other lead channels.
• Respond to prospect inquiries and provide information on available units, rates, amenities and leasing requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move qualified leads through the leasing process.
• Keep prospect records and leasing pipelines updated.
• Support leasing and occupancy goals.
• Develop relationships with brokers, referral sources, and potential corporate accounts.
• Arrange and facilitate property tours for prospective tenants.
• Present units, amenities and available leasing options.
• Assess prospect needs and recommend suitable units.
• Discuss basic lease conditions, rates, policies and move-in requirements.
• Handle initial questions and refer complex matters to appropriate team.
• Guide prospects through application, screening, KYC and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and organize quotations, leasing forms, contracts and supporting documents.
• Check that required documents are complete before move-in endorsement.
• Maintain organized records of prospects, tenants and leasing transactions.
• Coordinate tenant requirements with Property Management, Finance and Maintenance teams.
• Help ensure units are prepared for scheduled move-ins.
• Assist with tenant orientation on move-in procedures, rules and guidelines.
• Receive basic tenant concerns and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Support renewal and tenant retention activities.
• Assist in creating and posting property listings; track inquiries and listing activity.
• Participate in leasing events, promotions, open houses, and other occupancy activities.
• Gather basic information on competitor properties, rental rates, and market activity.
• Keep leasing trackers and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Prepare basic reports covering inquiries, viewings, leads, conversions and occupancy.
• Complete leasing and administrative tasks within required timelines.
