Job summary

SMDC is seeking a qualified engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of building systems and facilities in Mandaluyong. The role encompasses supervising engineers and technicians, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring timely, cost-effective upkeep of common areas and residential units.

The candidate will manage preventive maintenance programs, maintain records, monitor permits and energy usage, and support budgeting. Strong communication and project coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering qualification with regulatory registration.
• Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Decisive with attention to detail and urgency.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Prepare and manage preventive maintenance and regular inspections.
• Monitor permits, licenses, and utility bills; assist budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Coordinate service providers and ensure SLA compliance for the project.
• Maintain technical records, reports, and equipment inventories.
