Job summary

SMDC is seeking a licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to lead the operation and maintenance of building systems in our Metro Manila projects. You will supervise shift engineers and technical staff, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinate with residents and service providers.

You will develop maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and utilities; maintain records; monitor permits; prepare monthly reports; and support budget processes.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or licensure required.
• 2+ years relevant experience in building facilities management.
• Knowledge of building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift engineers and technical staff to ensure maintenance of building systems.
• Prepare and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
• Maintain technical records, manuals, and as-built plans.
• Coordinate with residents, contractors, and service providers to meet SLAs.
• Monitor permits, licenses, and energy consumption; assist budget planning.
