Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection, and related systems.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules; monitor energy use.
• Manage work orders and service requests; coordinate with residents and departments.
• Supervise contractors, ensuring work complies with specifications and safety standards.
• Support budgeting, asset management, and lifecycle planning; report status to PM.
• Prepare technical and incident reports and maintain engineering records.
