Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Loan Servicing Officer, Residential & ABS, in Manila to provide comprehensive loan servicing support across multiple asset classes. The role emphasizes accurate processing, clear written communication, and timely responses to borrowers, brokers, and lenders in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work with Sydney-based officers, handle settlements and redraws, ensure SLA compliance, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions and maintaining records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support arrears management and communications for loan servicing.
• Handle borrower, broker, and lender inquiries with timely, professional written responses.
• Maintain and update loan accounts: settlements, repayments, changes, redraws.
• Generate loan documents and process transactions, including statements and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory policies; participate in training and escalation as needed.
