IQ-EQ in the Philippines is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist responsible for end-to-end administration and servicing of bank loan assets, ensuring onboarding, processing, settlement and ongoing management of loan transactions within our systems.
The role requires close coordination with brokers, agent banks, counterparties, borrowers, lenders, trustees and internal teams to deliver timely issue resolution and exceptional client service, while maintaining accuracy and strong controls.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration and servicing of bank loan assets, ensuring the accurate onboarding, processing, settlement, and ongoing management of loan transactions. Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing loan documentation, maintaining accurate loan records within administration systems, managing daily cash and accrual transactions, performing reconciliations, and supporting the full lifecycle of loan trades through settlement. The position requires close coordination with brokers, agent banks, counterparties, borrowers, lenders, trustees, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and exceptional client service. Additionally, the role involves preparing and distributing loan reports, adhering to established procedures and risk controls, identifying process improvement opportunities, and demonstrating strong knowledge of loan products, operational processes, and technology platforms to support efficient and accurate loan servicing.
