Job summary

IQ-EQ in Manila is seeking a Loan Servicing Officer, Residential & ABS, to provide back-office loan servicing support for borrowers and lenders across asset classes. You will help manage arrears, settlements, and account maintenance, while producing servicing documents and ensuring timely processing within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services, with knowledge of settlements, repayments, account maintenance, direct debits, and redraws.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills to support borrowers, brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing transactions, maintaining loan records, completing reconciliations, and generating servicing documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow established procedures, meet SLAs, and handle incident reporting and operational tasks efficiently.
• Understand and adhere to regulatory, compliance, and policy requirements while maintaining a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support arrears management for loan servicing activities, including communications and direct debit recollections in line with established processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle borrower, broker, and lender inquiries through timely and professional written communications.
• Maintain and update loan accounts by processing settlements, variations, repayments, interest rate changes, valuations, account maintenance requests, direct debit updates, term extensions, and redraws.
• Generate loan-related documents and process operational transactions, including loan statements, payout figures, direct debit/redraw files, and daily bank reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, while supporting incident reporting and training.
