IQ-EQ in Manila is seeking a Loan Servicing Officer – Residential & ABS to provide back-office loan servicing support across asset classes. You will handle borrower and lender inquiries, process settlements and redraws, and ensure timely responses within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
• Knowledge of settlements, repayments, account maintenance, direct debits, and redraws.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Support arrears management for loan portfolios, including communications and direct debit recollections.
• Provide professional written communications to borrowers, brokers, and lenders.
• Maintain loan accounts by processing settlements, repayments, and variations.
• Generate loan statements and payout figures; handle direct debit and redraw files.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulations, and internal policies; participate in training.
