Job summary

IBA - Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción in Boston seeks a Resident Services Coordinator (Full-Time / Non Exempt) to liaise with residents and the property management company, coordinate services, and promote community programs.

The role involves intake assessments, case management referrals, and collaboration with local providers to support youth, elderly and families in the South End community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in social work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between residents and the property management company and planning meetings.
• Provide intake assessment and create service plans with internal/external resources.
• Coordinate and promote programs, trainings, and activities for resident participation.
• Provide advocacy, translation, and interpreting services as needed.
• Conduct outreach and build partnerships with community organizations.
• Develop work plans with the Resident Services Director and track participation metrics.
