Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in property management or a similar residency support role.
• Clear, professional English communication across email, text, and phone.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident cases from first touch to final resolution.
• Handle inquiries via email, text, and phone with clarity and care.
• Escalate issues when needed and collaborate with internal teams to unblock blockers.
• Maintain high velocity while ensuring accurate, policy-aligned responses.
• Own outcomes and drive cases to complete resolution without gaps.
