Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. is seeking a Reservations Agent in hospitality to join our team.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, with at least 1 year of hotel or resort reservations experience, and strong skills in Outlook, MS Office, OPERA PMS, and Siteminder to deliver accurate guest service. You will handle guest requests, answer inquiries about hotel services, and ensure OTA updates are completed promptly to avoid unwanted commissions

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Hotel or Resort as Reservations Agent.
Strong knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, OPERA PMS, Siteminder and other relevant software/applications.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and relation skills.
Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Available to work flexible full-time hours including weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

Responds to all guest reservation requests with prompt, courteous, and accurate guest service.
Answer guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services.
Update No-shows and cancellations on OTA platforms without fail to avoid unwanted commissions.
