Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ work experience in the same role or related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office, OPERA system and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures overall guest experience meets and exceeds expectations daily.
• Identifies, plans, and resolves customer concerns and complaints.
• Ensures guests’ feedback and concerns are replied to and resolved.
• Ensures staff adheres to hotel service standards and brand promise to delight guests.
