Job description

Reservation Officer’s primary job is to see to it that all requests are acknowledged and responded to within the specified time frame. He/she must be sensitive to inquiries and answers with swiftness and authority.

Key Responsibilities

• - Receives weekly and daily transport reservation requests.
• - Checks passenger qualification should there be doubt; verify address of passengers ( SBO Manila has a policy of “One Address” only).
• - Responsible for the documentation of all reservations/bookings for both day shift and midshift operations.
• - Responsible in monitoring of time frame of each trip for pre-trip preparations to be arranged, as in the vehicle assignment and driver deployment.
