Job summary

NAISOSO ISLAND VILLAS seeks a reservations manager to oversee daily reservation operations and manage the reservations team in a hospitality setting. You will ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving while maintaining accurate records of bookings and guest information.

Responsibilities include implementing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue, collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experiences, and training staff on reservation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years Experience In Hotel/villa Reservations Management.
• Strong knowledge of RMS or similar PMS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms and channel managers.
• Financial acumen with experience in reconciliations and reporting.
