Job summary

NAISOSO ISLAND VILLAS seeks a seasoned Reservations Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise the reservations team, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will maintain booking records, optimize occupancy, and drive revenue through effective systems use and collaboration with other departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field and 3+ years in hotel/villa reservations with strong RMS/PMS knowledge, plus excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel/villa reservations management.
• Strong knowledge of RMS or similar PMS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of OTA platforms and channel managers.
• Financial acumen with experience in reconciliations and reporting.
