Job summary

My Boracay Guide is seeking a Reservations Officer to join our dynamic team. You will manage guest inquiries by phone, advise on activities, and craft reservations that fit guest budgets while checking date availability.

You will prepare quotations, process payments, and coordinate with tour guides and the Office Manager to keep itineraries current and ensure seamless guest experiences on Boracay.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to manage guest inquiries and reservations with care.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and resolve guest inquiries efficiently.
• Advise guests on activity choices and plan itineraries.
• Make reservations based on guest requirements and budget.
• Check availability for desired travel dates.
• Prepare quotations for group bookings and billing statements.
• Monitor and update Tour Guides' daily activities and itineraries.
• Update websites/OTAs with activity itineraries and details.
• Support reservations amendments or cancellations as needed.
• Coordinate with Office Manager on issues.
